fix: verify the default currency formatting for all the currencies

Bug Report

User Story

As a user, I want to see the correct default currency formatting for all the currencies so that admin don't need to manually change it and run into issues.

Current Behavior

There are many currencies which have the incorrect default currency formatting

Expected Behavior

I expect to have the default currency formatting of the currencies to be proper.
