Problem: When someone requests and Email Access link, clicks it, reviews their donation history THEN goes to make a new donation the form doesn't submit and just refreshes with no errors/warnings.

I believe this has to do with a conflict between the email access class #496 and the sessions rework done in #521

Note: Happens with define('GIVE_USE_PHP_SESSIONS', false); set to either true or false.
