It wasn't easy, but it's finally done! This PR resolves #995.
GIVE 1.6:
In PR #812 and #796 we manually added SCSS/CSS to add RTL support.
GIVE 1.7:
This PR removes all those manually added RTL selectors, files and rules. Now we use gulp tasks to generate CSS files for RTL view.
