Using Calico as CNI

What happened
Deploying the operator works, but not able to deploy a cluster due to

Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "eks.yaml": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "default.etcdclusters.etcd.improbable.io": Post https://etcd-cluster-operator-webhook-service.idirect-cloud-infra.svc:443/mutate-etcd-improbable-io-v1alpha1-etcdcluster?timeout=30s: Address is not allowed

What you expected to happen
A EtcdCluster to be spun up

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Deploy on EKS using Calico as CNI, and then a minimal setup.
