Add section for hackathon/event summaries to top of hackathon/event pages #49

It would be really helpful for people not familiar with the event that the unique HackDash page came from if there was a space for a summary of the event, and the link to a page about the event and organizations leading it, at the top of each unique HackDash page.

Other info that could be helpful:

Date (or dates where the event was active)
Location (City level at least)
Venue of the event (actual location)
Event type (private, public, open, closed, free, paid)
Link to main event (if there is one)

this is editable right now. like dbootcamp.hackdash.org

should be separated and indexed fields, not regular text fields
