Removing models from config.yml can cause deploy failure #14

When removing a model from the config.yml, subsequent deployments can fail with an error like:

Error:
UPDATE_FAILED: GroomThenTrainStepFunctionsEventsRuleSchedule4 (AWS::Events::Rule)
