Instagram Distraction Remover

Instagram Distraction Remover is a Chrome extension designed to remove Reels and Explore sections from the Instagram web interface, helping users stay focused on their intended content.

Installation

Download from GitHub

1. Navigate to the GitHub repository for the extension.
2. Click on the "Code" button and select "Download ZIP".
3. Once the ZIP file is downloaded, decompress it to extract the extension files to a location on your computer.

Install in Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
2. Ensure that the "Developer mode" toggle in the top-right corner is turned on.
3. Click on the "Load unpacked" button.
4. Select the folder containing the extracted extension files.
5. The extension should now be installed and visible in the list of installed extensions.

Usage

Once the extension is installed, it will automatically remove Reels and Explore sections from Instagram pages when you visit them in Chrome.
