Per [Netlify docs](https://docs.netlify.com/routing/redirects/) and discussion in [in-toto#41](in-toto/attestation#41). Longer-term probably want something more automated but this will make these links work today. Signed-off-by: Zachary Newman <z@znewman.net>

Longer-term probably want something more automated but this will make these links work today.
I keep clicking these links reflexively and getting 404s :) IMO this would be an immediate improvement.
