Changing "wget.retries" to anything more than 30 does nothing #74

I have a bad connection to my work VPN and once my download hits 30 retries it pauses. This is super annoying because a file that should download over night is paused at 4% waiting for me to hit "Start" again.

I've adjusted "wget.retries" to 99999 and I've closed and re-opened the application, but it doesn't matter... once 30 retries is hit, it auto pauses.
