Major release with a number of breaking changes:

• Use Camtrap DP 1.0-rc.1 as internal data model
• Use separate filter_ functions rather than predicates and function arguments
• Renaming of functions, e.g. no get_
• Drop support for Camtrap DP 0.1.6
• No/few deprecation redirects
