Rename package

Implements #16

• Update .gitignore as in other packages
• Write DESCRIPTION as in other packages
  • Update package name
  • Add to be expected functionality
  • Add @stijnvanhoey @peterdesmet as authors
  • Set version at 0.1.0.9000 from 1.0.0. If you don't want the version number to be reduced, we can use 1.0.0.9000. It all depends if we consider the version until now a stable, major release?
• Function names have not been changed (for now)

devtools::check() fails on my computer (see #19), but is unrelated to these changes.

@stijnvanhoey for the bird tracking ETL on AWS:

• the github repo link will automatically forward: https://github.com/inbo/bird-tracking-etl
• but the package should be loaded with library(uvabits) rather than library(BirdTrackingEtl)

@stijnvanhoey, I'm accepting this PR, so anyone at the gull workshop arriving on this repo sees the updated information. For the pipeline, I created a release of the old package: https://github.com/inbo/uvabits/releases/tag/bt-etl
