Hello Guys,
The bug affected incanter 5.5. In the function sample-gamma exists a local binding tscale, which is applied directly to Gamma/staticNextDouble from cern as the "lambda" argument. But the lambda argument from cern is the rate, not the scale. So the tscale has to be inverted when giving to Gamma/staticNextDouble function.
You can see easy, if your sample-gamma function is affected by typing (source /sample-gamma) in the repl.
