Possibility to reopen single documents of a single annotator in the curation view during the curation process (e.g. usefull, if we note a systematic error in the labels of a specific annotator, and want to reopen documents directly after seeing the problematic dosc. Searching and reopening of single docs in the monitoring view is very time-consuming)

- Added option to re-open document directly from the curation page
- Documented the new feature
- Fixed issue that redirecting to another page would not work in many cases because the exception handles would catch the Wicket redirect exception
