Does the check retrieves last beta version by default, or only public versions ? Is there a way to specify taking betas into account ?

Hi! Currently it looks at the public App Store listing to figure out the latest version, so it won't take the beta version into account. In order to do this, you would need to roll a custom back-end I think.
