Describe the solution you'd like

There should be information added to the README about how to build, run/test, and deploy the site. At the moment the package.json has dev, build, start, and generate scripts. It isn't clear when to use which or what they do. We'd have to look through the nuxt docs to look that up, but it should be easy for anyone to come and at least get it up and running to make a small change or test the site.
