Use the same footer formatting for preface (extra text) page.
Add a free text option that is rendered at the end of the BOA.
Allow to set a minimum required length (in tex lines) for each abstract in the book of abstracts. This can be used to avoid breaking the abstracts or to force one abstract per page.
