Event not appearing on the map

Event ID 147144 is not appearing on the map, it was registered days ago, not sure why it's not showing up.

Hey, so this a result of my confusion with #140. because it had a everyaction_eventid i was doing a 3 month check, but in re-reading that over, it seems like I don't need to care at all if an event has a everyaction_id, only if it is_recurring is true. is that correct?

For recurring events, if it has everyaction_eventid AND is_recurring is true, then we only want ones in the next 3 months showing up. for events that have everyaction_eventid and is_recurring is false, they should be displayed. so basically correct
