It's not trivial to get make installed on windows.
It breaks my CI :(
In this project it doesn't do too complicated stuff (mostly globing?) and should be easy to convert to npm scripts, or grunt/gulp

we use make in babel as well 😄

@refack would you want to make a pr? yeah it doesn't seem that bad
