zstandard module doesn't have __version__ #50

zstd.__version__ exists while zstandard.__version__ doesn't
for version 0.9.0 (both windows and linux)
probably some problem in the transition from zstd to zstandard.

This should be fixed in the upcoming 0.10 release.
