Reseller port aggregated on graph function #244

I often use as Reseller user.

I hope to aggregate "(Peering ports only)" in graph function.
But, Aggregate Graph is not correct because of aggregated "Reseller ports", also.

"application/views/statistics/member.phtml"
checks a port type in case of "Reseller" to show peering traffic only.

mrtg.cfg is automatically generated by ixptools using "application/views/statistics-cli/mrtg/member-aggregate-port.cfg" to aggregate all customer ports.

We need to check a port type to aggregate.
