[13.0] Backport SIFS data files left around and multiple ThreadGroups

ISPN-15184 SIFS can leave many data files left around
ISPN-15147 DefaultExecutorFactory can create multiple ThreadGroups

Changes seem fine. I am surprised about the thread group commit though. @FireBurn Are you using wildfly?

Also to give you a heads up there are a lot of fixes in 14 for SoftIndexFileStore. I would highly highly suggest upgrading to the latest version there instead of going down this path.

Yeah I'm using Wildly 26.1.3, it didn't seem a simple change moving to 14

I pushed another commit to fix the thread group stuff that also fixes test failures that are present without it.

It appears the remainder of the test failures are unrelated, hard to tell with this version. Going to integrate.
