- plugin.initializeDefaultPreferences() is deprecated moved the defaults to an initializer - adjusted the indentation in plugin.xml
- reset the default colors after the tests, fixed typo

When there's a single error in an Eclipse workspace Infinitest stops running tests even if the error might be in an unrelated project.
Added an option to let Infinitest run tests in that case.
