default popup resolution
limit resolution when using mobile data
360P and 480P for Bilibili and Niconico if there're more than 2 resolution options
240p=360p
144p=360p
720p=480p no account
1080p=480p no account

I don't know what's wrong with it. Obviously there isn't other options so you can only fallback to these 2 resolutions.

You know there isn't 144p or 240p on BiliBili/NicoNico, right?
