Steps to reproduce:

  • flvd cluster install --local --log DEBUG
  • flvd topic create test1

After few minutes, SPU reconnect without delay, it should wait 60 seconds.

always register valid SPU even if there exists active SPU connection

Fix is in. However, there are still lingering first connection exists. So keeping this issue open

marking as fixed since spu no longer re-connect, it will open connection
