fix(inputs.filecount): Respect symlink files with FollowSymLinks

Summary

godirwalk does not automatically filter out symlink files with its FollowSymbolicLinks config option. Changes to calling Fstat if needed to respect the settings, where before it would call Stat and automatically follow the link
