Added more explanation on the plugin and change the « withdbname » boolean to false to be sure that by default it will work if the database is not set
Added more comments in the sampleConfig

Hi,
First working version of the postgresql_extensible plugin, I have moved the queries in the telegraf.conf
Commiting just for testing, still need to work on comments and README and mybe test
