This repository was created for a final project in Info 370 (Introduction to Data Science) at the University of Washington, Autumn 2017.

The team members are: Ethan Anderson, Ishan Saksena, Kyle William-Smith, and Henry Zhang

Our project decided to investigate the effects of HALA Proposal L. 1 and the impact of using the City of Seattle excess land to build affordable housing.
