Update Splash/Installer Screen

In UX version 3.x we had a splash screen. This was used on some application installers and a handful of other areas.

We had created a generator for this so that the teams could insert there information. From design standpoint I would like to suggest that we refresh this design for the latest theme(s).

Once that's done i can revive the generator based on the new design.

New designs dont use splash screens at all. So will live with the old generator for now. Made a standalone version if anyone is watching and needs this. To use:

1. Extract the zip
2. DBL Click the index.html to open in chrome
3. Add the normal url parameters as before such as ?category=%20%20%20&productName=Infor%20CloudSuite%20WMS&version=%20Version%2011.2.01&copyRightYear=2019

Not sure about the background image (if people use that or not) as it was turned off.
