IdsBarChart: "Horizontal" Bar Chart

Is your feature request related to a problem or use case? Please describe.
The current bar chart is what we called a column chart before https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/column/example-index.html

But we need an option for the original "horizontal" bar chart as well https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/bar/example-index.html

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add an option horizontal = true
• This effectively flips the axises and data
• This option would only be exposed in the bar chart api (but may have to be handled in axis-chart partly)
• Be better if the elements are flipped with the calculations rather than someting like a transform
• All features should still work (grouped/stacked/tooltips/legend ect
