IdsDatagrid: Row padding per rowheight -> wrong padding on formatters

Enhancement

• When changing the row height the padding in the cells should change. See https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-index.html for working example
  Large: 16
  Medium: 12
  Small: 8
  Extra Small: 4

• Also should change the header padding

• Do this via the css classes

• And also note the hyperlink has the wrong padding https://main.wc.design.infor.com/ids-data-grid/columns-formatters.html (8px but should match)

• Can add a new example with a menu. button to change rowHeight (row-height.html)
