1850 - Fix reactive forms

Fixes a bug where reactive form controls do not update.

Steps necessary to review your pull request (required):

• pull this branch
• npm run build:dist
• copy this over to https://github.com/infor-design/enterprise-wc-examples
• run the NG app and go to http://localhost:4200/ids-reactive-forms/example
• click change all values, change the dropdown value
• hit submit and check that the values look correct for all fields
• ALSO: Retest http://localhost:4300/ids-lookup/searchable.html before this was done because when you typed in the search field it would reflect in the input. Try searching in the lookup and updating and making sure it all works
