Steps necessary to review your pull request (required):

• go to http://localhost:4300/ids-dropdown/in-modal.html
• open the modal
• then scroll down a bit to some of the items and open them, in all cases

• go to http://localhost:4300/ids-tabs/overflow.html
• if needed resize the page so that overflow occurs
• to pen menu and test position
• npm run build:dist then copy to examples/angular
• run the example and try the same thing on http://localhost:4200/ids-tabs/overflow
