Describe the bug
When the locale is set to a RTL locale and the slidesToShow is greater than 1, no slides will be visible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://master-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/circlepager/example-index.html?locale=ar-SA
  2. And you will see no (visible) slides.
  3. Decrease your browser window so that the circle pager component is only able to display 1 slide at a time
  4. Now the circle pager works and you can see and change slides

Expected behavior
You should be able to view multiple slides in the circle pager i.e. set the "slidesToShow" property when you have an RTL locale set.
