File Upload (Advanced): Display the current progress of the file upload above the progress bar.

Is your feature request related to a problem or use case? Please describe.
When uploading a file, we would like for MRM users to have a more obvious indicator of progress than a tooltip.

We would like the progress % to be displayed above the progress bar (or another similar location that does not require any additional interaction from the user).
