Datagrid: Dropdown filter remains open when focusing the input

Describe the bug
Datagrid: Popdown filter is stuck opened after using.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://master-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-compact-mode.html
2. Open the dropdown filter in Order Date
3. Type anything inside the test field
4. Switch to different Filter e.g Product Name

Expected behavior
Dropdown filter should close.

The issue still exists. Issue is intermittent.

Try to play with the filter and focus on any field after opening the filter to reproduce the issue.

Hi Tim, I'm testing it in Windows Chrome & the issue is intermittent.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click order date input field
2. Open Order date filter
3. Change the focus to price input field very fast
4. Repeat the steps 1-3 until reproduced

Steps:

1. Go to https://master-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-compact-mode.html
2. Open the 'Quantity' dropdown
3. Focus on other field

2. Open the 'Quantity' dropdown
3. On 'Price' Filter type 89
