Describe the bug
Datagrid: The filter wont close after filtering to 'Is Empty' or 'Is not empty'

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://master-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-compact-mode.html
  2. Open any filter and select Is Empty
  3. Try to reopen the filter

Expected behavior
The filter should still open
