Describe the Issue
Since we want to match the rollout of Soho 4.5 design system. We should name the next version (4.39 formerly) as 4.50.
We cant use 4.5 as it was used many versions ago

To Address

  • Release 4.39 as 4.50
  • Bump the change log versions too
  • Add note to change log on why it changed
  • Also bump design system to 4.5 and consume that in 4.50
  • Rename the release in the projects in github to match
