Animation(blue circle) not centered after clicking the expand button

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-grouping.html (Also the same issue with Example Totals, Paging, Multiselect, Filter, & Editable)
2. Click on expand button
3. Check the animation(blue circle) to see it isn't centered
4. See error

Expected behavior
Animation(blue circle) should be centered along with the expand button

Moving this ticket to Failed QA as it's still not centered on Chrome/Firefox/Edge.

Chrome: - has the same output with Firefox
Actual Result:
"-" icon

"+" icon

Expected Result:
"-" icon

"+" icon

Edge - If it's in it's normal size it's slightly placed to the left but if I zoom it it moves to the right

Passed on Safari & Mobile devices.

Hi @yohannahbautista - there are still a few issue with responsive view(zooming of the page). Kindly check the gifs below:

Edge - compared it to the old version - https://4370-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-grouping.html and it's responsive there.

Chrome - if I zoom it to 110% the "+/-" icon isn't centered anymore and I also noticed that when it's zoomed in to 125% the "-" of "+" icon is in bold. (just click on the gif to see the issue)
