Describe the bug
Card group action toolbar overlaps then disappears after clicking the checkboxes

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/cards/example-group-action.html
  2. Click on the 4th check box then the "Card group action" toolbar overlaps with the Card Title
  3. Scroll down to the last checkbox then the "Card group action" toolbar disappears
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Card group action toolbar should be active and shouldn't disappear after clicking the checkboxes

This has been QA tested and passed on v4.55.0-dev.

All are working on Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Mobile Devices perfectly fine.
