Forms: The icons are not aligned when using "form-layout-compact"

Describe the bug
The icons are not aligned on the soho-fileupload component when 1) the class on the parent element is "form-layout-compact" or 2) the class for the input is "field-short".

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/modal/test-fileupload.html
2. Click on the Show Modal button.
3. Replace "modal-body" class (the parent element of the "field-fileupload" class) with the "form-layout-compact".
4. The icons are not aligned on the soho-fileupload component when the class is "form-layout-compact" on the parent element. The input looks strange when the class is "field-short" on the input element.

Expected behavior
The icons are aligned on the soho-fileupload component when the class is "form-layout-compact".

@ericangeles in the ticket, Kamil had a "2) the class for the input is field-short". I told him to add that since I wanted to remember that there is also that scenario. Not that we're using that right now with the file-upload, but could be good for you guys to be aware of:
