The CDC PHITPO sponsored Public Health Information eXchange pilot project provides access to an information exchange solution designed to assist clinical care and public health partners with preparing and communicating quality, standards based electronic messages as defined by the applicable laboratory, surveillance and immunization use case and messaging standards.
