Yosemite DP5 adds this feature in Safari 8 natively.

This is useless now and will be removed in a few days.

ReflectURL is a SIMBL plug-in that makes Safari 8 show the full URL in the address bar.

How to Install

1. Download and install EasySIMBL
2. Download ReflectURL here: Releases
3. Extract & Install ReflectURL:
   • Open EasySIMBL and drag & drop ReflectURL.bundle into the list.
