  • Reduce number of README files to 1 by turning /README.md into a symbolic link to /Assets/Plugins/Ink/README.md. Linked this way (from package to root) so that the actual file will be included inside of the UPM package (pre-empting symlink weirdness when publishing the package).
  • Uppercases README.md to fit with Unity's suggested package layout docs (for Unity Package Manager support #84)
  • Changes spread over three commits to preserve change history of original README at root (with latest changes).

Closes #120
