A simple "red squiggly" would suffice in many cases. This feature is actually available in most browsers in standard html using the spellcheck attribute:

Another possible approach would be to have an "Export draft copy", as Twine provides, which I believe exports the entire plaintext of the game into a single file to be proofed and or spellchecked.
On a related note, I notice that the default behaviour of the Sublime text syntax plugin is to disallow spellcheck, although I suspect that can be fixed by modifying a few settings in Sublime.
Integrate Grammarly into the tool. That would be awesome. As it is now, I am writing my text in another program that has grammar & spell checking, then copying and pasting into Inkle.
Would be really helpful for using this as a primary authoring tool.
