Upgrading Inkscope

- update the inkScope folder
- run install.sh in the inkScope folder
- in /opt/inkscope/etc, inkscope.conf replaces inkscopeCtrl.conf, sysprobe.cond and cephprobe.conf. Modify inkscope.conf accordingly to older conf files.
- remove old conf files: inkscopeCtrl.conf, sysprobe.cond and cephprobe.conf
- Fsid is now use to name the Mongo database for inkScope. You will have to remove the 'ceph' database which is no longer used. In mongo console, run use ceph, and db.dropDatabase().
- restart cephprobe and all sysprobes
- restart Apache
- Update the inkScope folder and restart Apache
- §Add a Console to InkScope (optional) in V0.4 installation if you wish
- You just have to update the inkScope folder and restart Apache
It's better to reinstall from scratch
