Rails 4.2 update

This pull request should document activities to the next ruby on rails major release (v.4.2.0). The rails-4.2-branch in currently on v4.2.0.rc2. There are still issues and some failing tests.

Known Issues

• maybe Model.reflections()-calls needs to be updated. See Rails 4.2: Model.reflections now uses strings rather than symbols as keys rails/rails#16928
• remove extend ActiveModel::Naming in UserSession-Model after Rails 4.2 : ActionView::Template::Error (undefined method `model_name' for #<UserSession: no credentials provided>) binarylogic/authlogic#432 was fixed
• There is a problem with job processing. Job-workers won't process pending jobs when using mysql >5.6.4 (see queries with ActiveSupport::TimeZone have extra fractional time rails/rails#17239 and Time object millisecond precision for mysql(>5.6.4) version collectiveidea/delayed_job_active_record#95)
• use ActiveJob-API and DelayedJobQueingAdaper instead of using DelayedJob directly (optional)
• replace better errors with new web console gem (optional)
• Fix deprecation warnings: "DEPRECATION WARNING: Passing a nested array to Active Record finder methods is deprecated and will be removed. Flatten your array before using it for 'IN' conditions. (called from by_language at /iqvoc/app/models/label/base.rb:37"
• Add foreign key constraints via migrations

Tests are still red. We should keep an eye on test/integration/reverse_match_job_test.rb

@mjansing Is test/integration/reverse_match_job_test.rb still red because of lacking 4.2-support in delayed job?

Try running with --seed 15902 and you get 5 failing tests. Looks like a GC-related issue.
