sorry for my poor english

can you change license? like GPL or LGPL , even AGPL...
the license I can't fork and change anything...even fix bug or new features

You can. We use a variant of MIT license (also called Expat license), which is GPL compatible.

the readme(.md) "License" is not like you say , can you fix it?

It does not need any "fixing", because it is word-for-word identical to the aforementioned GPL-compatible reference license.
