Bug description

With Return Dislikes enabled, the dislikes counter glitches when either liking or disliking a video.
It happens with compact-button mode as well as the best visibility mode.
It didn't happen in the patch-versions before, just started happening with the latest one.

As a result of testing, there was a change in the internal code in YouTube v18.46.43 regarding RYD, and there were more internal code changes in YouTube v18.48.xx+ regarding RYD

I think I need to make a big change to the RYD patch again

This is not an issue that can be fixed simply, so I will roll back the supported version to YouTube v18.45.43 for a while
