build: error annotation for postman CI

Description

Added a better readable error to the postman workflow, which will now also show up under the annotations (summary of each workflow) – if applicable.

Also changed the steps in which the workflow installs its needed dependencies, since when the cluster is not available, it is of no good use to already have node.js and newman installed.

Added the server/src/tmp to gitignore. Not related to this PR, but opening a PR just for this seems wasteful.
