This should make the dev dependencies composer version 2 compatible
some paths where incorect. Probably outdated or boilerplate code
also update phpunit to ^6|^8 to make it installable on php 8.1 environments. Should fix #16

The PHPUnit setup had some invalid paths that needed to be fixed. Also updated dev dependencies. Unittests run on 7.4 and 8.1 environment locally.
